Question 1

What is Reforma?

Accepted Answer

Reforma is the Pilates app for committed practitioners: a quiet place to log every session, find studios near you, and learn the moves. Made for iPhone.

Question 2

Does Reforma cost anything?

Accepted Answer

Reforma is free to download. Some premium features may be offered in future updates.

Question 3

Does Reforma work for Mat Pilates at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reforma is built around Mat Pilates with full support for Reformer and studio practice. Every session, wherever you do it, counts toward your progress: 10 to feel the difference, 20 to see it, 30 for a whole new body. Seasons reset every 30, so the practice never ends.

Question 4

How is Reforma different from a generic fitness tracker?

Accepted Answer

Generic fitness apps treat Pilates as a workout type, with a timer, a calorie counter, and a streak that nags you when you miss a day. Reforma is built around the structure of an actual Pilates practice: the apparatus, the studio, the instructor, and your progression toward the 30 session promise from Joseph Pilates himself. Quietly. Without judgement.
